Dr. Stefan Zapotocky is Managing Partner of LPC Capital Partners, has over 34 years experience in the financial sector, including 25 years in investment banking and 6 years as Chairman of the Vienna Stock Exchange. He led the Vienna Stock Exchange very successfully until 2006, after which he founded the private equity company LPC.
Dr. Zapotocky holds and has held numerous supervisory board positions, including at Österreichische Industrie Holding AG (ÖIAG), FIMBAG, Breitenfeld AG and Salzburg AG Alumnium. Dr. Zapotocky studied Technical Mathematics at the Vienna University of Technology.

Arthur Stadler is a lawyer at BTP and specializes in European law, e -commerce, Internet law and gambling law. He represents clients before EU courts and EU authorities, among others, in preliminary rulings and state-aid procedures and assists in national and EU-level legal issues in the areas of banking and insurance law, gambling law, Internet law and e-commerce. Arthur is a lecturer at relevant conferences at home and abroad, the author of numerous publications (and a contributor to the journal “ecolex”) and co-editor of the anthology “Current legal issues of Internet use, Volume 2.”

Levin Keller is CEO and co-founder of Coyno – The Bitcoin Bookkeeper. Levin Keller has a diploma in mathematics and came to Bitcoin out of academic interest in 2011. From early 2013 he began promoting Bitcoin through community work and since 2014, he has worked exclusively on Bitcoin-related topics. As a board member of the Bundesverband Bitcoin e.V. and frequent speaker at Bitcoin events, he has complemented his technical knowledge with an expertise on the regulatory and taxation issues concerning cryptocurrencies. These insights lead him to his start-up venture, which seeks to enable private and professional Bitcoin users to do their bookkeeping and legal compliance reports.

Radko is founder of Berlin based peer-to-peer Bitcoin lending platform Bitbond.net. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he worked as a senior consultant at Roland Berger for four years. He advised companies from financial services and other industries in restructuring and refinancing situations. Radko’s most recent assignment was the merger of two African banks. Prior to that, Radko was in London with an investment bank where he dealt with structured equity products at a sales & trading desk. Radko published Bitcoin related articles with Bitcoin Magazine, DGC and CoinDesk. He holds an economics degree from Witten/Herdecke university and is fluent in German, English and Slovak.

Sebastian Pfeiffer works for the Austrian Ministry of Finance in their VAT department. Furthermore, he is an external lecturer at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), contributes to a Austrian VAT commentary and is author of a number of tax law related publications. He is the winner of the Maurice Lauré Prize 2014 (International Fiscal Association) and other domestic prizes on his academic work.

Andreas Petersson studied Computer Science at the Technical University Vienna and worked in Java Enterprise environments for many years. In 2011 he co-founded bitcoin-austria.at, a registered non-profit organisation with the goal of spreading Bitcoin in Austria. He contributed to some smaller Bitcoin based open-source projects and co-organized over 30 meetups. He has been working with Mycelium since 2012, where he contributes to the development of the popular Mycelium Wallet.

Elfriede Sixt worked for many years as partner at Ernst & Young and has gained international experience as US Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Among other things, she was responsible for the corporate finance team of Ernst & Young Austria. Since a few years she runs her own tax consultancy company with a focus on startups in the FinTech area. There, she’s also engaged as a business angel and known as founder as well as chairman of the FinTech Austria Association.
